Alice here, this post will introduce you to the victorian room at Hulmes Court B&B. The victorian room is one of our premium rooms and is situated in our second building (Hulmes two). The Victorian room is a large room with beautiful plaster ceilings and large windows. It is a quiet and comfortable room that looks over Normans gardens. The victorian room also has its own private ensuite.

The little rose room

Alice here, this post will introduce you to the rose room at Hulmes Court B&B. The rose room is our single room and shares a bathroom with Persian room. It is a sunny and quiet room which will comfort you on your travels. The rose room is a  cute room with a rose bush right outside the window. Jimmy and Solstice our cats enjoy being in the rose room on a sunny afternoon and enjoy pats and cuddles from our guests.

This plan shows the location of the little Rose Single Room. This room shares a bathroom with the Persian room and looks out over our Rose Garden.

The rose room includes:

• Single bed.
• Quiet. TV, Video and telephone.  Smaller study table.
• Share bathroom facilities with one other room (Persian).
• Tariff – $70 per night including breakfast, which is continental.
• View over one of my Rose gardens.

Queen sized bed, Chocolate Room

Hi Alice here, this post will introduce you to the chocolate room. The chocolate room is in our second building (Hulmes Two) and is a lovely spacious twin room. One of the luxuries of this room is that it has a wall and door separating the queen and single beds. This allows for a bit more privacy. The chocolate room has beautiful art work on the walls and quirky ornaments. The chocolate ensuite has a spa bath and is a beautiful bright room. The chocolate room is a quiet and comfortable room sure to comfort you on your travels.

Beautiful Garden Room

Hi Alice here, this post will introduce the garden room. The garden room is one of our premium rooms and has a large ensuite with a spa bath/shower cubicle.The ensuite is as large as the room itself!It is in our second building (Hulmes two). The garden room contains beautiful art work of flowers and has a sofa which you can rest on at the end of a long day. The garden room is peaceful, quiet and bright. Normans beautiful garden is just outside your window.

Hi Alice here, this post will introduce the Art Deco Room. The Art Deco room has its own private ensuite with an Art Deco theme.

Art Deco shower/bath

It is a comfortable room on the top level of Hulmes Court. It is a quiet room which gets the morning sun. It has beautiful art work and few quirky bits and pieces within the room such as an old radio.

The flower room has recently been decorated with new wallpaper,a new leather couch, and a beautiful TV cabinet and wardrobe.The flower room is a very sunny and quiet room and has a nice view over Dunedin City.

The flower room shares a bathroom with the book room. The flower room is peaceful and relaxing room sure to comfort you after a long day exploring Dunedin or arriving after a long day of travels.

The forest room

Hi Alice here again, This post will introduce you to the forest room.

The forest room is on the lower level of Hulmes Court and is very close to the breakfast room and kitchen. It has a forest theme and looks out over fernery. The forest room is very peaceful and quiet, Jimmy and Solstice our cats enjoy being in the forest room for that reason.

Sunny and large Persian room

Hi Alice here, This post will introduce to you the Persian Room.

The Persian room is sunny and quiet and shares a bathroom with the single rose room. The Persian room is a twin room with a queen  and single sized beds. This room is very spacious and has a beautiful display fireplace. This room is our cats (Jimmy & Solstice) favorite spot on a warm day, they will often be resting on the two sofa chairs in the room ready to greet you on arrival!

Sunny African ensuite room

The African room has an African theme from the wall paper to the ornaments within the room. Surrounding the room are photo canvases of wild  animals which you may see in Africa itself! It is sunny, quiet and inviting room that will be sure to comfort you after a long day of sightseeing in Dunedin. Jimmy and Solstice (our two residential cats) enjoy relaxing in this room on a sunny afternoon and are always happy to receive cuddles and pats. In the video below Norman introduces the African room
