Hulmes Court Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful home in Dunedin New Zealand.

A beautiful harbour city, with grand Victorian era architecture and a colonial South Pacific feel. There are penguins, albatross colony, fabulous walks, seals, beaches, historic homes, lots of wonderful restaurants, and much much more.

Dunedin is about 3.5 easy hours drive from Queenstown, one of the paramount tourist destinations in the world.

Dunedin is on State Highway 1 on the East Coast of New Zealand.  A large number of visitors to the South Island do a circular route similar to the one on the left.  Hence, Dunedin is an excellent place to stop.  I've been hosting people for 10 years now, and nearly all the time people wish they've planned to have more time in Dunedin.  So don't just spend one night.  Dunedin needs 2 or 3 even if you are on a tight time frame.  More time if you can afford it.  Take my word for it!
