As you can see Hulmes Court is very close to the centre of town.

Only a few minutes walk from the Octagon, the heart of Dunedin. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, theatres, and cinemas within a stones throw of this beautiful home.

Although Hulmes Court is right in the heart of the city, it is sited on a large section with gardens, large trees, an enclave of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of a busy city.

Drive up Stuart Street from the Octagon, over the Moray Place intersection, then left into Smith Street, then veer to the left, this is Tennyson Street, and Hulmes Court.
